- From the day you or a third party receives the goods (for product sales)

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you within 14 days using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
For Services:
If you requested services to begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay a proportionate amount for work already completed before your withdrawal.
