§2 Services
We offer repair services for mobile phones, laptops, and electronic devices, as well as the sale of accessories and spare parts. All services are carried out to the best of our knowledge and craftsmanship.
§3 Contract Conclusion
A contract is considered binding once a customer commissions a repair or purchases a product, and we confirm the request or begin the service.
§4 Prices and Payment
All prices are in Euros and include VAT. Payments are due immediately upon delivery of service or product—payable in cash or by bank transfer.
§5 Warranty
Legal warranty rights apply to all services and products. In cases of severe water or motherboard damage, we cannot guarantee full restoration.
§6 Liability
We are only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. We are not liable for any data loss. It is the customer’s responsibility to back up their data in advance.
§7 Data Protection
Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
§8 Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is Engen, Germany, as far as legally permissible.
